Review and qualify prospects
Work through the prospects Blake found, take action per row, and import approved prospects into your CRM.
The Prospects page is where every company Blake finds waits for your call. Reviewing and qualifying prospects is the daily loop that turns a Discovery run into real pipeline: you decide which prospects to keep, take a first action, and hand approved prospects over to your CRM.
Review and qualify prospects
Click Prospects in the sidebar. The page opens on the Pending tab by default, showing prospects that still need a decision. Click on a prospect to View details and open the inspection sheet with the score breakdown, the AI's read, and the sources Blake used.
Blake groups prospects into three tabs so you only see what you want to focus on.
| Tab | What is in it |
|---|---|
| Pending | Prospects waiting for your call. This is where new Discovery results land. |
| Approved | Prospects you accepted. Ready for first contact and your decision to import into Companies. |
| Rejected | Prospects you skipped. Still visible here for audit and reconsideration. |
Every row carries a thumbs-up, a thumbs-down, and an import-to-companies button in the Approve column. Blake registers each decision immediately with a silent undo toast so a slip is one click to reverse.
- Thumbs-up: approves the prospect. On Approved, Blake shows an Import to Companies button.
- Thumbs-down: rejects the prospect. It moves to the Rejected tab.
- Import to Companies: approves and imports the prospect. It moves to the Approved tab.
Prospect actions
Beyond approve and reject, each row carries a set of actions that let you organize prospects and start your outreach without leaving the page.
- Pin. Keep the row at the top of your prospects list to show your interest, even before deciding.
- Assign. Give a prospect an owner so the right person on the team picks up the follow-up.
- Email outreach. Opens Ask Blake with the current prospect already in context. Ask Blake to generate a first outreach email, adapt it to a specific angle, or draft a reply to an existing thread.
- Phone outreach. Also opens Ask Blake with the current prospect already in context. Ask Blake to generate a call script, pull a briefing before you dial, or suggest the best next action for this prospect.
- Analyse. Analyse opens Ask Blake with the selected prospect already in context so Blake can evaluate the prospect, explain why it matched your Search Profile, and suggest next actions.
Because Email outreach and Phone outreach preload Ask Blake with the prospect, you never have to re-describe who you are talking to. Blake reads the prospect data, its ICP score, and its enrichment, and drafts from there.
Blake never sends outreach on your behalf from Prospects. Email outreach and Phone outreach open Ask Blake pre-loaded so you can draft or research; nothing leaves without your approval.
Importing approved prospects
Approving a prospect qualifies it as an company you would like to work with. Whether that prospect also becomes a record in Companies is a separate choice, and Blake asks you how to handle it the first time you approve.
You have two options:
- Auto-import: every approve is immediately imported into Companies as a new record. Faster loop; good when Discovery output already fits your definition of a customer.
- Manual import: approve now, click Import to Companies on the row when you are ready. More control; useful if you want to keep the CRM clean.
The reason to disable auto-import is CRM hygiene. If Discovery is exploratory and you are still learning what fits, letting every approve land in Companies fills the CRM with companies you may never work with. Manual import lets you focus on prospecting inside the Prospects page and promote only real customers to Companies. Auto-import is the right default once your Search Profiles are dialled in and every approve is a real customer candidate.
You can change this preference at any time from the Prospects page settings.
Whether you auto-import or click Import to Companies manually, the company appears on the Companies page with every field Blake enriched: industry, size, region, website, and the ICP score. If a record with the same domain already exists, Blake shows Already in Companies. and does not duplicate.
Bulk actions
Bulk actions are the same review-and-qualify actions applied to many prospects at once. Select rows with the checkboxes to open the bulk-action bar at the bottom. From there you can approve, reject, reset, import, or delete many rows simultaneously, plus change priority, change size band, assign or unassign an owner. Select all {total} prospects picks up every row across pages.
Filters
The URL query supports quick filters so you can share views with your team:
?range=(date range) and?compare=(previous period).?profileId=shows only prospects from one Search Profile.?assignedTo=meshows only rows assigned to you.
If a row is missing
- Freshly finished runs land on Pending with a badge on the sidebar row. If you cleared the badge without reviewing, filter by Search Profile with
?profileId=to find the run's outputs again. - Imported prospects are now on Approved, not on Pending. Search by domain there.
- Rejected prospects are still on Rejected for 90 days. Delete permanently to prevent them from resurfacing.
