Ask Blake for a summary
Ask Blake for a summary of today, this week, this month, or any other period.
Ask Blake for a summary of today, this week, this month, or any other period. Blake pulls from your live workspace data and tells you what happened, what stalled, and where to focus.
Blake calls these summaries Daily Briefs. You never have to open a separate feature — just ask.
Before you start
- Your workspace is on the Closer plan or higher.
- You have at least a week of activity on record (moved deals, replies, or approvals). A brand-new workspace has nothing to summarize yet.
Ask Blake for a summary
- Open Blake with Cmd + B (or Ctrl + B on Windows and Linux).
- Ask Blake in natural language. Examples:
- "What happened in my pipeline this week?"
- "Which deals changed stage?"
- "Which activities are overdue?"
- "What should I focus on next?"
- "Which opportunities need attention?"
- "Recap the past month: which deals closed and which stalled?"
- Review the response. Blake shows the sources it used at the bottom of the answer.
You can ask for any period. Blake matches the wording you use, so "today", "last week", "the past 30 days", or "since Monday" all work.
What Blake covers
- Wins closed in the selected period.
- Deals that stalled or slipped a stage.
- Companies that need a follow-up based on activity gaps.
- One or two risks Blake sees in your open pipeline.

If the answer looks thin
- Missing deals: Blake only summarizes what is in your workspace. If deals were not moved through stages, they will not appear here. See Move a deal through stages.
- Not enough history: give the workspace another week of activity. Summaries get sharper as more deals move.
- You are on Free or Scout: summaries require Closer or higher. Upgrade from Settings > Billing if you want it.
